Learn how to exercise for your specific health condition.  In many cases, conditions such as Hypertension, High Cholesterol and Type 2 Diabetes can be reversed through appropriate exercise, diet and lifestyle changes. Sessions can take place in your home or at a gym, we'll come to you. No need to buy equipment as we will provide everything necessary for the sessions.

There is a lot to consider when carrying extra weight, such as blood pressure, fatigue, physical and mental stresses - it can be daunting and isolating, but it doesn't have to be.  There are so many exercises that you shouldn't be doing, and to slim down successfully and safely it must be done in a structured manner, to avoid adverse affects to your body.
