Personal Diet Analysis (89, includes 1 hour consultation)

You will receive a comprehensive but easy to understand analysis of your own diet. This not only comes to you as a written report, but you'll get a 1 hour consultation with your Nutritionist Lucinda, to discuss the results.

 

It will help you to identify areas within your diet that need changing, and will provide you with advice and guidance accordingly. You will be required to keep a simple food diary for 5 days so that Lucinda can analyse your eating habits and produce a report for you.  Consultations can take place in the comfort of your own home, at a time that is convenient to you (including evenings and weekends).

  • Calories (under eating)

  • Calories (over eating)

  • Cholesterol

  • Macronutrients

  • Micronutrients

  • Nutrients & Hormones

  • On-line diet advice

  • Health foods & supplements

  • Sugar

Diet Analysis Review (45)

Continued support - You're not on your own

Once you have had a full Personal Diet Analysis, you are invited to have reviews of your diet as and when you want. This will help you to keep on track with making any necessary changes to your diet. You'll have the peace of mind of knowing that continued support and guidance is always there for you, and that you can contact your Nutritionist any time. You will be required to keep another simple 5 day food diary for every review you have.

 

 

 
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Group Nutrition Workshops (20)

Our group workshops are a great way to learn about simple nutrition. We take great pride in educating our participants with information and knowledge that relates directly to them. With our expert advice and guidance, you will learn how to eat for optimal health, for weight loss or for a stronger immune system. These interactive sessions last for about 2 hours.

Although based in London, through the marvels of technology, our Nutrition services are available to you remotely no matter where in the UK you might be.
