ZOOM Personal Training



What is ZOOM Personal Training?

Zoom is a video service that allows you to have one-to-one or group  meetings through your phone

or computer using the Zoom app. The service uses your internet connection and does not use

your telephone tariff.  "Zoom basic" is completely free.

By positioning your phone or laptop where I can see you (and you

can see me), we can have a productive PT session, where I can

correct your form and provide exercise instruction. The

convenience of Zoom is unquestionable!

Bite-size for FAST results

Having smaller and more frequent sessions has been proven

to create better consistency and generate faster results.

With Zoom, there is no need to have lengthy hour-long

workouts, and you can squeeze bite-size sessions into

your schedule with ease, even at short notice.




Standard Personal Training

for people with no health or medical conditions




I offer carefully structured training around your individual needs, using Zoom video calls in the comfort of your own home, or at a location of your choice, and at a time that suits you. Whatever your goal, I'll help you get there!

Specialist Personal Training

for people who have health or medical conditions

Even with a health condition, you can still have Personal Training via Zoom. However, for some conditions you will be required to have a friend, family member or carer with you while you are having the Zoom session. This is for your own safety.


In many cases, conditions such as Hypertension, High Cholesterol and Type 2 Diabetes can be reversed through appropriate exercise, diet and lifestyle changes.
