Health Assessments

Your journey towards better health

You will receive regular and comprehensive health assessments and ongoing check-ups, which will provide you with an excellent opportunity to prevent and highlight issues in their early stages. These will be conducted either in the comfort of your own home or at your workplace, whichever is more convenient for you.  We will discuss and explore all of your health and lifestyle concerns, and Iíll provide you with advice and guidance based on your consultations and assessment results.

Following your initial Health Assessment, youíll receive a detailed report of your results and everything will be continually recorded to monitor progress. The Health Assessments may include but are not limited to: blood pressure monitoring, body fat percentage, heart rate analysis and HR zones, weight and BMI, hip to waist ratio, Diabetes testing, VO2 max testing, calories (BMR & TDEE), lifestyle analysis, fitness testing, posture analysis, lung capacity test, physical analysis, urinalysis and sleep analysis.




Nutrition and Meals

A proper diet is essential to a healthy body and mind


If you regularly skip breakfast, eat on the go or don't have time to make healthy meals, then I can provide your meals daily (Monday to Friday), ensuring a correct nutritional balance.  Prepared by chefs, the meals are constructed based on your profile and goals.


If you'd prefer to continue making your own meals, I provide an in-depth but easy to understand analysis of your diet and nutrition, which will give you an insight into possible problem areas.  With continual monitoring of your diet, I'll ensure that you stay on track towards healthy eating.  You'll receive nutritional advice and guidance along with recommendations for changes that are sustainable long-term.


Many chronic illnesses have been linked to poor nutrition (including depression).  Correcting your diet will lead to better health and can help treat many conditions, ailments and diseases.




Personal Training

Fitness is far more than just working out


As with the correct nutrition, staying physically active is essential to keeping fit and healthy.  However, for optimal health and fitness, I not only provide bespoke workouts carefully structured around your needs, but also include corrective exercise,  rehabilitation exercise and relaxing stretching sessions where required. Workouts and sessions are between 20 and 60 minutes, and are designed to fit in with your work and home lifestyles.





To ensure a comprehensive service with exceptional high standards, only a few clients are accepted at any one time.
